Offering multiple pathways to a larger number of California high school students requires that we consider the policy implications. New policies may be needed to pave the way for schools, districts, and the state to implement pathways. Similarly, existing policies that impede development of pathways may need to be modified or eliminated. The resources included in this section discuss policy recommendations designed to affect secondary to postsecondary transitions, teacher preparation and credentialing, assessment, accountability, governance, school finance, and more.
